New Eyes for the Needy

The Village of Rochester Hills’ SEE store is making an impact on those less fortunate by accepting used glasses at their store for the entire month of October. “It is a way for SEE to make an impact on the communities we serve” states store manager Erin Decker. For the entire month of October, any customer that donates a usable pair of prescription glasses, they will get $100 towards a pair of new glasses. “If you have been waiting to buy a new pair of glasses, now is the time. You not only will get a good deal, but you will get some good karma along with your discount.”

“Locally, our goal is to gather 200 pair of used glasses” explains Erin, “It is nice to know that we can create such a synergy between our business and those that cannot afford to purchase their own glass.” For more information about the New Eyes for the Needy program that is being supported at SEE, call 248-375-3333.
